What is the limit for viewers on Free and Pro accounts?
Free and Pro accounts do not have a limit on viewers, but Free accounts will have ads on the stream.

What is the limit for bandwidth on Free and Pro accounts?
Ustream does not limit what bandwidth you can broadcast at. However, Ustream does not provide lower bitrate versions of your stream to viewers, so you may want to keep your bitrate reasonable so that viewers on slower connections are still able to watch your stream without any lag.

There is no limit on the amount of viewers your show can have.

If you are anticipating more than 100,000 viewers on your show, please contact events@ustream.tv to coordinate an event.

Does Ustream charge for the amount of bandwidth that I use?

No, we do not charge for the amount of bandwidth that you use.

How much storage can I have for recorded videos? Does it cost anything?

There is no cost for storing recorded videos, and we do not limit the amount of storage you can have.
