Here are step-by-step instructions that explain how to access purchased live events:
1. After you have logged into Ustream, mouse-over your username in the top right hand corner of the screen. Then, in the dropdown menu that appears, click on Dashboard Overview.
2. Once you have landed on your Dashboard, click on Purchases from the left hand menu under Overview.
3. In the middle of your screen under the Purchased Live tab, you will see a blue link to the event you have purchased. Click on this link to access your purchased content. There is no need to redeem your ticket code because it was automatically bound to your account upon purchasing access to the show.
4. If you are trying to access a Video On-Demand, click on the the Purchased On-Demand tab. This tab will also have recorded videos of past live events you have purchased. Whether or not a video is posted is left up to the discretion of the broadcaster. GAA, Rugby, and UFC videos are posted 24 hours after they have been broadcast.
