The embedded Watershed Viewer application displays the number of concurrent and total viewers watching a broadcast. To hide the viewer count, you will need to modify the embed code.
Add this flashvar to both your object and embed tags in the Viewer embed code:
&viewcount=false
Here's an example:
<object classid="clsid:d27cdb6e-ae6d-11cf-96b8-444553540112" width="320" height="260" id="utv430753"><param name="flashvars" value="autoplay=false&brand=embed&cid=12121%2Ftest&locale=en_US&viewcount=false"/><param name="allowfullscreen" value="true"/><param name="allowscriptaccess" value="always"/><param name="movie" value="http://www.ustream.tv/flash/live/12121/test"/><embed flashvars="autoplay=false&brand=embed&cid=10121%2Ftest&locale=en_US&viewcount=false" width="320" height="260" allowfullscreen="true" allowscriptaccess="always" id="utv430753" name="utv_n_729273" src="http://www.ustream.tv/flash/live/12121/test" type="application/x-shockwave-flash"/></object>
